SUMMARY:SMOS Winter Sport Uniform Night
DESCRIPTION:The SMOS Athletic Association will be hosting two Winter sports uniform pick-up and Fall (soccer and volleyball) uniform drop offs.  They will be held on Monday\, December 9th and Monday\, December 16th\, in the SMOS cafeteria from 6:30 to 8:30pm each night.   These will be the only nights that we will be hosting uniform pick-ups and drop offs so please make sure to come to one of them. \n  \nPick-up will be for those playing CYC basketball\, grades 3rd thru 8th while drop-offs are for players who played CYC soccer or volleyball this past Fall for SMOS.  Participants of Judge Dowd soccer get to keep the shirts so no need to return those. \n  \nStarting this year\, we will not be requiring a uniform deposit check but will still be tracking what number each player was assigned and the expectation is that that uniform is returned at the subsequent drop-off night at the end of the season.  Should the uniform not be returned a charge of $100 will be added to your Team Sideline account which will have to be paid prior to being able to register for future sports.  \n  \nWe will still be requiring a volunteer deposit check so please make sure to bring your checks (cash is also an option but checks are preferred) for volunteer deposits.  We will offer the opportunity to “buyout” your volunteer obligation if you desire to do that.  \n  \nThe following is the options for the volunteer requirement: \n  \n·         Volunteer deposit: $200.00.  Needs to be made out to SMOS Athletic Association and postdated to May 31\, 2025.  This check will be returned or shredded upon completion of the volunteer requirement. \n \n·         Volunteer buyout option: $250.  Needs to be made out to SMOS Athletic Association and dated with the current date.  These checks will be cashed upon receipt and will remove your need to volunteer during the ‘24/25 school year.
