A New Week – June 30, 2024
Mass this Independence Day, Thursday, July 4, will be at 8:00am. There will be no Eucharistic Adoration on Independence Day. There will be no Mass at St. Margaret on Friday, July 5. The parish office will be closed for the latter half of this week. Enjoy the summer holiday and pray for our nation!

Church Doors Restoration
You may have noticed the restoration work being done on the front doors of the Church. The interior of the front doors were restored these past winter months, and now the exterior doors are getting their makeover. These beautiful doors were in serious need of restorative work to save their integrity and bring them back to their original splendor. The work is set to be completed by the end of this month, depending on weather.

But it is also one of the busiest months of the year, its days filled with sacraments, end-of-the-school-year events, graduations, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, and family celebrations!

There are a number of events and activities coming up in the next few months as we head into the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday and through Black History Month that the SMOS Racial Equity team highlights in this latest update. Please join members of this ministry, part of the Living Justice Ministries at St. Margaret of Scotland, as they participate in these fantastic opportunities (including a parish reading group, and events at Wash U. and in the Archdiocese) available to all around the City of St. Louis.
Christmas Outreach 2023 – Final Numbers
The SMOS St. Vincent de Paul Society raised over $28,000 during its annual giving season this year! That’s well above the goal set to help our Neighbors in Need weather the winter ahead.
