The St. Margaret of Scotland Youth Ministry and Living Justice Ministries – Gun Sense: For the Common Good team are jointly hosting an ecumenical prayer vigil on the one-year anniversary of the tragic shooting at Central Visual Performing Arts High School and Collegiate School of Medicine and Bioscience.

All are welcome.  Doors are open for anyone who would like to prayerfully mark this somber occasion. This service is being planned for adults and teens.  Families are welcome, but parents are encouraged to use discretion when bringing younger children.

Communal prayer, music, and reflection will begin at 7:00pm.  Parts of the church (the St. Vincent de Paul Chapel) will be open for quiet, individual prayer and will remain open for some time after the conclusion of the service.

Light refreshments and community-time will follow the service in the Church Hall.
