The Living Justice Ministries – Gun Sense: For the Common Good team is continuing its work, after taking the lead with much of the Archdiocese ‘Addressing Gun Violence’ event last month – in which Archbishop Rozanski announced his plans to establish a task force on gun violence prevention. Parishioners from St. Margaret of Scotland participated in and attended the event on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at the Cardinal Rigali Center. SMOS volunteers helped coordinate the event and run workshops.

There was a major announcement out of City Hall this week concerning gun legislation – please stop by the Advocacy Table this weekend and sign a letter to thank and support Mayor Jones (or call or send an email). But don’t let this go unnoticed. She will need SUPPORT to make this happen.
