SMOS School News

Every month St. Margaret of Scotland school honors a special Saint of the month. Our CRE, Mrs. Hiethaus, takes time to pick a variety of Saints with various experiences and charisms, and teachers and students are encouraged to learn about each Saint.  In August, we learned about St. Augustine of Hippo – Doctor of the Church. In the month of September, the students will learn about the life and charism of St. Therese of Lisieux – The Little Flower.  

I invite you to join us in learning about our Saints of the Month.  St. Therese of Lisieux called us to follow the ‘Little Way’ which requires us to do all things, no matter how ordinary, with great love. I hope all of us can take the example of St. Therese and do all things with love for God and our neighbor.
