It’s January and that means it is time to begin planning for the SMOS Open House. Open House is an opportunity for families who are interested in having their students attend St. Margaret of Scotland to tour the school, learn more about our community, and register for the next school year. Each year, it is the kickoff to Catholic Schools Week, and this time around it’ll be held on Sunday, January 28 from 11am-2pm.
We need your help to make this day a huge success. The PTA organizes parent volunteers to help lead tours with middle schoolers – we need volunteers to act as tour guides to show potential families around our school and talk to them about what makes our school and community so special. Each tour group will consist of a parent tour guide with at least one student guide. Please use the link below to sign up as a Parent Tour guide! (This one’s only for the parents – Middle School families received a separate email with a sign-up sheet for the students.) So grab a slot on the sign-up sheet – you definitely don’t need to be an expert on all things SMOS to be able to do this (cheat-sheets are provided!).
