SCHOOL HEALTH SCREENING

October 15 & 16, 2024

Vision, Hearing, Height, Weight (BMI) will be screened. 
Blood Pressure will also be checked on 5th through 8th grades. 
Remember to wear your glasses or contacts!

Results will be given to the parents. If you do not want your child to participate, please contact the school office.
