The Respect Life Committee promotes the Catholic Church’s Magisterial teachings on respect for and legal protection of innocent human life from inception to natural death by practicing prayer, enabling educational programs and advocating actions.
Particular focus
Includes the issues of abortion, embryonic stem cell research, cloning, euthanasia, and eugenics.
Our Goal
Through prayer, education and engagement in the “public square” St. Margaret of Scotland Parish would become ever more aware of, and active in, the promotion of the dignity of life issues and the exercise of religious liberty.
Get Involved
We welcome attendance at our monthly meetings and encourage people to bring ideas of how to spread the message and work on projects already underway.
We meet on the third Sunday of the month at 9 a.m. in the Church Hall.
