There are three major leadership groups at St. Margaret of Scotland: the School Board, the Parent Teacher Association, and the Athletic Association.

The purpose of the school board is to advise and assist the Pastor and the Principal during the process of reviewing and creating school policies, budget, and tuition for St. Margaret of Scotland School. Nominees from the school and parish communities are elected to the school board.
The PTA is an organization made up of parents and staff who work together to foster parent involvement in the school community.
The St. Margaret of Scotland Athletic Association coordinates athletic programs offered through the St. Margaret of Scotland Parish and School.
