We continue with our prayer, fasting, and giving for the Season of Lent. Here are the activities planned for this first full week.
Starting on Monday, March 23rd, School families can drop off boxes of cereal at School directly or send them in with your child to be collected in their homeroom. The cereal will go directly to families supported by the Wellston Center at their food pantry. All supplies must be delivered no later than the morning of Friday, March 27, 2026.

Ash Wednesday Schedule
February 18, 2026
6:30 AM – Ash Wednesday Mass
8:15 AM – All-School Ash Wednesday (PreK-8) Mass
12:00 PM – Ash Wednesday Prayer Service (with Ash Distribution)
6:30 PM – Ash Wednesday Mass
This year our community will be supporting the Wellston Center through our Parish Lenten Project.
Volunteer opportunities abound at the Wellston Center. Parishioners of all ages (including children) can be of service, and there are many options for how and where you can help.
For 2026, the St. Margaret of Scotland Parish Lenten Project is for the benefit of the Wellston Center.

Beginning Thursday, February 19, all women of the parish are invited to gather each week in Lent to pray and discuss scripture with other parish women.
St. Margaret of Scotland begins Lent on Ash Wednesday, February 18, with multiple Mass and prayer opportunities, reminders about fasting and abstinence, Lenten resources and events, and an invitation to support the Parish Lenten Project benefiting the St. Augustine Wellston Center.
