This year our community will be supporting the Wellston Center through our Parish Lenten Project.
Volunteer opportunities abound at the Wellston Center. Parishioners of all ages (including children) can be of service, and there are many options for how and where you can help.
The first step would be to tour the food pantry and thrift store at the Wellston Center to learn more about what opportunities for service are available. All parishioners are invited to tour the Center as a chance to learn more about the Wellston community. St. Margaret of Scotland has set up several dates with varying times as options for parishioners to join a parish tour group.
Here are the dates for the St. Margaret tour groups:
- Friday, February 27, 2026, 8:00 – 9:00 AM
- Saturday, February 28, 2026, 9:00 – 10:00 AM
- Friday, March 6, 2026, 10:00 – 11:00 AM
- Saturday, March 7, 2026, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
There are a limited number of spots available for each date. Tours will likely not last a full hour; however, visitors are welcome to stay and experience the Wellston community as long as they like. Please click the link below to sign up for a time slot.
Depending on the response, there may be more dates added. If none of these dates and times work for you, however, you may just reach out to the Wellston Center directly, and they will be most happy to set something up with you. There are tours given throughout the week, every week, so just about any arrangement can be made possible.
