St. Margaret of Scotland Families:
We are officially in the season of Lent. This is a time of preparation as we get ready for Easter by participating in prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. We are creating opportunities during the school day for our students and teachers participate in the Lenten season. Every week, we will be participating in the Stations of the Cross. This gives us the opportunity to pray as we walk with Jesus through this Passion and death. We are also supporting our parish’s Lenten service project by collecting breakfast cereal for the Wellston Center, a food pantry and thrift store supporting those affected during last year’s tornado. As a Catholic school, our number one priority is to ensure that our students receive formation in the Catholic faith and meet Jesus Christ every day.
