Registration for SMOS Aftercare for the 2026-2027 school year is now open. Please use the link below to apply for Aftercare for the 2026-2027 school year.
This is first-come, first-served – AND is not a guarantee that you will have a spot in Aftercare.
In addition to completing this form virtually, a $25 deposit per family is required. Only one deposit is needed per family, regardless of the number of children registered. This application is not valid until the $25 deposit has been received in the office.
Registration Payment may be made by check payable to SMOS. Please turn it into the school office – Attention: Christine Stephens.
