CONGRATULATIONS to our parishioner Josephine Bradshaw, a 7th Grader at St. Margaret of Scotland School and the daughter of Drew and Julie Bradshaw.
After placing third in the Regional competition of the National History Day contest for her Junior Individual Exhibit entitled Brick by Brick: How Housing Reform Dismantled Mill Creek Valley, Josephine qualified to advance to the State competition in Columbia, Missouri, on April 25. She placed first in her category and now will advance to the National competition to represent Missouri in Washington, DC, on June 14! Here’s to Jo, her parents, and her coach, Julia Meredith. Good luck in DC!
Kudos too to 7th Grader Will Kelsey and 8th Grader Penelope Gray who both qualified for the State competition as well.
